About Me

Yashika is a graduate student at Northeastern University, pursuing a Master’s in Project Management. She brings over five years of professional experience, including nearly two years as a Technical Content Developer on a Microsoft Customer Service & Support (CSS) Knowledge Management project with Infogain. Through her work alongside project and program managers, she has developed a strong foundation in technical writing, cross-functional communication, and continuous process improvement. Yashika is known for her ability to stay organized, think critically, and contribute meaningfully to team-driven goals in dynamic project environments.
